SARAH BADR

A trained multi-instrumentalist, Sarah also writes and releases music as FRKTL. She combines synthesis, spatialisation, vocal processing, improvisation with algorithmic systems, and live sampling to create immersive explorations of sound.

Her critically acclaimed album, Excision After Love Collapses, marks a decade of self-published works. She is a Hong Kong Community Radio alum, as well as an Oram award recipient for innovation in sound and related technology.
