A classically trained multi-instrumentalist, Sarah composes and releases experimental music as FRKTL. Working with synthesis, spatialisation, vocal processing, live sampling, and improvisation with algorithmic systems, she produces immersive explorations of sound.
Her critically acclaimed album, Excision After Love Collapses, marks a decade of self-published works. She is a Hong Kong Community Radio alum, presenting a monthly show of genre-defying music, and an Oram award recipient for innovation in sound and related technology.
